AFTER-SCHOOL KID’S YOGA CLASSES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing participation in the After-School Kid’s Yoga Classes (hereafter named “the Classes”) offered by Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga. By enrolling in the Classes, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:

   • Registration for the full term of Classes is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

   • A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required upon initial booking online. This guarantees a place in the first Class. Balance of payment is required in person at the first Class in order to continue the full term.

   • Payment methods accepted are credit card and NSW Active & Creative Kids Vouchers.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga by email to info@grownshineyoga.com.au

   • Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

     • Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the start date are eligible for a full refund.

     • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the Classes start date.

     • No refunds will be provided in the event that the participant does not attend the Classes.

     • In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies (supported by valid documentation), refunds may be considered at the discretion of Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga.

3. Program Changes and Cancellations:

   • Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule the Classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrolment, instructor availability, or force majeure events.

   • In the event of cancellation by Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga of the full term course, participants will be offered a full refund of the Classes fee paid.

4. Participant Responsibilities:

   • Participants must inform Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga of any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in the Classes.

   • Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, and any additional expenses not explicitly included in the Classes fee.

5. Health and Safety:

   • Participants are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional before undertaking any physical activity in the Classes, especially if they have existing medical conditions or concerns.

   • Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses incurred during the programme.

   • The Enrolment and Liability Disclaimer & Waiver Form must be completed and signed by the Parent or Guardian of the child at the time of enrolment and no later than the starting date of the course.

   • Any allergies, physical limitations or concerns must be declared in the Enrolment and Liability Disclaimer & Waiver Form.

6. Conduct and Compliance:

   • Participants are expected to respect fellow participants, instructors, and staff members. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate dismissal from the Classes without refund.

7. Media Release:

   • Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or testimonials taken during the program for promotional purposes, without identification by name, unless explicitly notified otherwise by the child’s parent or guardian.

8. Jurisdiction:

   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.

 

By enrolling in the Classes, the Parent or Guardian of the participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Grow ‘n’ Shine Yoga reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Participants will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of their enrolment.
